Contrary to what you might think, being a warrior is not really about fighting. Yes, a warrior can be a person trained to fight, be an expert in martial arts or other forms of combat.
However, most of the warrior’s battles lie within.
Being a warrior is really all about pursuing higher standards, better ways of living, being an example for others.
The warrior is a person who is calm and collected in the face of a challenge for it is only by being calm that the brain is allowed to think and find a solution to the problem.
The warrior is honest and loyal, always seeking the path of truth and acting with integrity.
While the warrior might train for physical agility, speed and fitness he also trains his mind to focus and his spirit to be fearless, to overcome any doubts and face any situation life can bring with courage and confidence.
The warrior also serves and protects others, the weak, the less fortunate, those in adversity.
This then is what we at Be Warrior Fit are all about. Building the qualities of fitness, courage, calm and resilience body mind and soul to make you strong and fearless in living your life and helping others.
