Simple Mindful Moment No 3 - Take a Walk

An excellent way to put some simple mindfulness in your day is to take a walk.

Disconnect from the electronic world and instead spend a few moments connecting with the world around you.

Feel 

- the temperature of the air on your face

- the warmth of the sun on your back

- gratitude for the day

Notice

- birds flying in the sky

- the shape of the clouds

- the quality of the light

- the colours of nature around you

Hear

- the sound of your feet on the ground

- birdsong around you

- sounds in the distance

As you walk let a soft smile play at the corners of your mouth. 

Well done - you have just experienced some simple mindful moments.
